The studio is clean, well-equipped, and organized. However, I did not find the instructors approachable or the environment welcoming. My biggest concern was the lack of basic support for someone new to Pilates. A few minutes of individual guidance would have made a big difference, but this was rarely offered, and questions did not seem welcome. I've had a great experience at Club Pilates! Nicole has been super helpful with the app and booking classes is so easy! I'm glad I took the chance and joined... It's the best decision I've made in a while! I highly recommend it!
