Lovely Studio & great instructors
Claudia is excellent as a Level 1 instructor. She gives detailed directions. Offers rest between exercises. She also is bilingual for anyone that is primarily Spanish speaking.
I love it here! I only wish I could attend more often. All instructors that I have had were awesome.
