Great front desk staff. Super accommodating. Took level 2. Not sure what guidelines the instructors use but my local club pilates is much different. I wasn’t too impressed by the instructor snatching on me and repeatedly yelling the same cues at other versus offering gentle tactile or visual cues. Another client whispered to me “I’m scared” very aggressive yet not challenging. Different strokes for different folks.

Unfortunately, my husband and I had a very uncomfortable experience at the Brookhaven location today. When we signed up, we were very clear that, because of our work schedules, Fridays at 11am were the time that worked for us. We understood this would be our regular weekly class time and arranged our schedules accordingly. Today would have been only our third class. I have been coming here for a couple years now and it is the best location. Aubrey is the best instructor at the studio! I hurt my back recently and she was so attentive and checked in on me, and was so comforting during class. She is very empowering and positive, and such a joy in the studio. Take her class!

Always a great class with an impressive instructor. Lakisha is the best.
