I really enjoy Zaida’s Cardio Sculpt class! It’s a great workout, but it’s also so much fun. Zaida is an amazing instructor—she’s energetic, encouraging, and does a great job making the class enjoyable while still challenging. I always leave feeling like I got a great workout!
