I took a semi-private class with 3 of my friends with Meoka and she was great instructor. We were all at different levels in our Pilates Journey but somehow she made the flow for each of us seamlessly. She corrected us to ensure we had a good form which I really appreciated. It was a fun class.
I really enjoyed my first introductory session. My wife and I are scheduling some private sessions before I get started with the main classes. So far so good.
Invited by a friend to try out Pilates. Glad I went. Very nice studio, easy parking, Meoka was a wonderful coach. Looking forward to my next visit!
