I went to an intro class and liked how the class went. At the end they said if you sign up today that you would get a membership for 3 months at 251$. Now they are trying to charge me 251$ per month and i only went for 1 MONTH. No one ever answers the phones, you cannot get in contact with a manager. Now I have a balance that should not be on my account and I’ve been trying to cancel the membership because of false advertisement and no one still has not reached out to me. It’s been 3weeks!

Not very happy with the information provided. Was waitlisted for a 6 am class that I got into in the middle Of the night and lost the credit because I didn’t go. There should be at least 12 hour of notice for getting into a waitlisted class if we have to provide a 12 hour notice before cancelling class.

Really enjoyed my time at this studio. The staff is friendly, the instructors are welcoming, and it became part of my weekly routine. The only thing to keep in mind is class availability. The classes closest to when my credits were released were often already full, so if you have a specific schedule, planning ahead definitely helps. Overall, a great experience.

I have been visiting from Texas and attending classes at the Marlton Studio while I was in town. Very impressed with the staff and teachers. Enjoyed classes taught by both Sherrie and Alessandra. They were excellent instructors!
