Had a great intro session with Kate! I had no prior Pilates experience, so I was a little nervous, but it was a really good experience though. I went in already planning to sign up for the 8-session package, but sometimes if things feel too sales-y, I just get put off. Nothing felt like an over the top sales pitch though, and everything was really straightforward when they explained the different packages. Everyone I interacted with was also really nice and welcoming. Excited to keep going!

This is the absolute best Pilates studio! Great location, great instructors, and great management. Such a positive experience!! It is worth the cost of membership to get such professional and personalized instruction and such a welcoming environment. 5 stars!

I love this location of CP! Always easy parking. Always a tough class in a good way ! Rae, Dana, Autumn, Haley and Jane are all great! My friends love Kasha’s classes too. Looking forward to trying one, but a girl needs rest day! All this to say, you can’t go wrong with whoever you take a class with!

As a beginner, I definitely had reservations because of my weight. I have a WAYS to go lol but I am super impressed with the trainers, they take their time and are patient with you. I am happy I started this journey and I have lost some pounds in the process!
