I drove all the way to this studio to attend what I understood to be a confirmed class, only to be informed upon arrival that there was no class available for me despite the fact that I received both email and text confirmation. Not sure how they coordinate classes but their lack of respect for customers' time and effort is unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere and sharing my experience as a warning to others.- :(
Terrible experience! I stopped by so many times, and no one was ever there. Then I tried calling. No one ever answered the phone. Finally, I sent an email... and, once again, no one ever replied. How is anyone supposed to find out about joining if it's impossible to get in touch with anyone? At this point, I have no interest in joining anymore. The company just lost a potential customer. What an absolute joke!!! It's no surprise that so many people have negative things to say about this place.
Pilates has been a great workout. All the instructors have been unique in their way of teaching. I’ve enjoyed each one.
