I just finished my first 4 classes at Club Pilates in Shawnessey. With my back issues, I wasn't sure if I could do it, but with the dedicated help and guidance from Sherri, I did it. Sherri is my hero. She was relentless in finding ways to help me through and my last class was the breakthrough I was waiting for. I can't wait to continue and look forward to my class each week. I already feel a change happening. I highly recommend Club Pilates in Shawnessey. It is also very clean and a very pleasant environment to be in.

I went to the intro class and the instructor was nice it was a good class, that being said the two front desk people were not welcoming at all they didn't even smile at me. I was debating getting a membership but I'm really friendly and have worked in customer service for a decade and when you're selling expensive classes the employees should at the very least be friendly imo. I recently took Reformer 1.5 with Samuel V. at the Shawnessy branch, and he really raises the bar. It’s a challenging workout focused on building strength while emphasizing proper form. Samuel pushes you to improve while ensuring solid technique throughout. If you want a tough, rewarding class that builds strength and reinforces form, I highly recommend Reformer 1.5 with Samuel.
