Wish I could say I enjoyed my 3 month membership at CP Carmel but I dreaded going to every class. This was my first experience with classical Pilates however I’ve been doing Lagree for over a decade and even have my teacher certification. I was really excited to try Pilates after hearing so many great things from friends and family. Unfortunately, I was denied entry for being just one minute late. At the time, the class hadn’t started the workout yet; it was still in the introductory phase, going over experience levels and any injuries. The instructors here are fabulous and every class offers a full-body workout! However, over the last six months, the studio has had a HUGE issue with folks from the previous/upcoming classes talking loudly at the front of the studio. Due to the high ceilings, the sound carries, and it is deeply disruptive to the class. Oftentimes, the first and last fifteen minutes of each class are a total wash, which is unfortunate when classes are 50 minutes.
