Club Pilates is amazing!! Especially nain! She's super attentive and I love her classes, always a great experience
I love this Pilates studio, the best I’ve gone to!! The staff are very welcoming and friendly, especially Sam! She’s very knowledgeable, helpful, and gives great advice for membership options. The studio is very clean and has a great atmosphere. Claire is one of the best Pilates instructors, she’s very empowering and uses strong and positive techniques to push us to do our best. Highly recommend this location !!
The classes themselves were enjoyable, and the instructors I dealt with were kind. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner completely overshadowed everything else. I work in the medical field, and after signing up, my availability did not match with the class schedule. I simply asked to cancel because I couldn't attend consistently anymore. Instead of understanding that, I was told that wasn't a "good enough reason." What should have been a simple conversation became one of the worst customer service experiences I've eve... read more
