I gladly travel from Williamsburg to Newport News to come to this studio because of how friendly and welcoming everyone is. I tried the club in Williamsburg, which is much closer to my home, but after experiencing poor customer service there, I truly appreciate the warm atmosphere and exceptional service I receive here. The staff always make me feel valued and welcome, and that makes the drive well worth it.

The classes themselves are good—I genuinely enjoyed the workouts and the overall atmosphere. The instructors create a positive, motivating environment that aligns well with the brand’s focus on fitness and mindfulness. However, the customer experience outside of class is very disappointing. There was little to no clear communication or education provided at signup.
