Worst Pilates studio I’ve been to, they do not teach you REAL Pilates, I’ve tried to cancel my membership multiple times and when I’m in contact with them finally the stories, excuses and attitude I was given from multiple employees including management is beyond nasty DO NOT GO HERE you are better off going somewhere else.
The Scientology of Pilates. Their business model is once you’re in, it’s nearly impossible to get out without major consequences. The regional manager is extremely desperate for sales/numbers. I had a rough first day with a now no longer at the club instructor. I begged the Regional Manager to let me off the brand new contract. I said they could charge me in full for the ONE class (the highest rate). She said I’m locked in and it’s the law. My experience with Clubs Pilates Altamonte Springs has been good one. I have enjoyed taking the classes with the instructors at this club. To my understanding, there's a baseline guide that all instructors use. The variety of approaches to executing the techniques/positions according to the different baseline levels has been educational and enlightening to my practice of pilates.
