I’ve always felt behind in class settings & hated any I sign up for, this is the opposite experience. I feel so comfortable and at ease and this is pushing my home workouts to the next level. There are so many different classes I’ll be busy for months!

Very poor business practices. In 30 years a part of this community never have had an issue with a local business. I had to dispute the charge for two classes as I was not permitted to use my passes as agreed. I was also told by the manager that there is no one above her with whom I could speak about the situation. Buyer Beware.

The instructiors at this club are great, I especially love Jess's classes. I gave this club 3 stars because their cancelation policy is terrible. I payed for 3 months of "unlimited". They are free to cancel my classes whenever they see fit (cancelled 2 of my classes last week) and not reimburse me, however if I need to cancel a class with less than 12 hours notice they charge an extra fee of anywhere between 15 and 25 dollars. I cancelled an 8am class 2 nites ago at 8:04pm and was charged 15 dollars for a "late cancel". The ... read more

The classes are for 60+ y.o. people, or at least, that is the community most served here. So I want to just stick with the gym but Club Pilates never mentioned I was under monthly contracts with them and I have to pay extra to cancel. They have several pages of contracts which staff went over with me and left out the fees. I asked the class instructor what a reformer (the main piece of equipment) was and she stumbled over her words before she said she has no idea.
