There’s a few really good instructors; however, compared to other Club Pilates studios, this location consistently feels less challenging and less effective as a workout. They also don’t seem to allow for more advanced movements, even when the class could accommodate them, which makes the experience feel limited compared to other studios. Spending 10 minutes of a 50-minute class with your feet in straps stretching doesn’t feel like the best use of class time, especially considering the cost.

This is my home studio and I love the instructors. Great walkable location if you live nearby. The parking can be challenging around lunchtime, so make sure to arrive early. The vibes are always good at this studio!

I've been a member at Club Pilates Plaza Midwood for over a year and there's no turning back. The instructors are fantastic - from Cardio Sculpt classes to Reformer Flow and Center/Balance. Each class pushes you to challenge your body in a different way and all the instructors are friendly. Club Pilates Plaza Midwood has not only become a place where I go to "workout" - but it's a place of solace where I'm building community. I truly love my Club Pilates family and look forward to continuing my journey.
