Just left Eryn’s Friday class and all I can say is WOW! She has the perfect balance of friendly and warm while supporting you to push yourself. The playlist was also incredible. Looking forward to signing up for more of her classes!
This is the absolute best Pilates studio. The classes are challenging, the instructors are so knowledgeable and willing to help, and the manager, Meredith is above and beyond! The entire staff is kind and considerate. The studio has a great culture—kind people, encouraging workout buddies, and provides a lot of laughs. It has been a joy to join this studio and I’ll be a member for life!

Lisbeth is an amazing instructor! I take classes from her at the Falls Church and the Tysons location. Highly recommend!
