Great classes, great venue!
Renee does an excellent job in working on my weaknesses and helped me become more mobile.
Everyone was extremely nice. The exercises that we completed felt very good. It was a bit difficult to follow the instructor between the pace of her talking and the microphone not picking her voice up. Overall, I enjoyed the class and signed up for more.
