Came in for a class and it was fine. The instructor was nice enough and the space was clean but nothing really stood out to make me want to rush back. Its an ok workout if youre in the area and need to stretch, but I probably wouldnt go out of my way for it.
Shout out to Kelly! My sister was visiting from Colorado, and I took her to a Flow 1 class so she could try Pilates for the first time. She said that Kelly was “amazing - so attentive and took great care to ensure that I was positioned and moving correctly.” “Great instructor, great coach, great class, and great tunes! I was very disappointed in my experience. I needed to cancel during my trial period because I genuinely would not be available to be present and there was little to no willingness to work with me or offer any understanding regarding the situation. Customer service was medicore, indifferent, and completely lacking urgency. A "trial period" should allow flexibility, especially when circumstances change unexpectedly. Club Pilates Springdale, AR! Life changing!!! It has completely cured my constant back and sciatic issues. Great variety of classes, wonderful instructors and staff! I have the unlimited package and make a class almost every day. Cannot recommend enough! I’m so much more fit and have lost significant weight. Attending these classes make me more and more focused on my health.
I am 70 years old and began my Pilates journey at the beginning of July 2025 with my daughter. We went to an intro class just to see if it was something we could do together. The instructor (Blanca) was so enthusiastic and encouraging that we signed up that very evening, and we haven’t looked back! We love everything about it!
