They not only make sure that their instructors are trained properly, but offer extra services such as free assessments 1:1 with an instructor to work on form and prevent injury. The variety of classes and various levels offered are designed to accommodate their clients needs, make appropriate recommendations for exercise modifications, and meet them where they are. I love Club Pilates! I have been going to this location for several months now and was brand new to Pilates when I started. I have to say, I love it! Honestly, this location is my favorite out of all the ones in the area. Not that any one of them are bad but I love the studio manager Kara, the space, the atmosphere and the instructors. We came for a complimentary 30min session with a friend and were really excited to start our Pilates journey, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. There were two instructors and the second instructor physically pushed my friend's arm to correct her position instead of professionally guiding her, and it was painful for her.
