I’ve been going here for Pilates classes and unfortunately had a really upsetting experience recently with the Manager. About 21 minutes into class, the instructor (who is also the general manager) stopped, touched my foot, and told me I wasn’t wearing the right socks. I was made to leave in front of the whole class, which was embarrassing, especially with zero warning. Making the decision to join Pilates as a curvy girl was one of the best things I've done for myself. Every instructor at Club Pilates has been amazing and has helped me build confidence with every session. Wanessa is incredibly encouraging and calm, January is effective and supportive, Kim is empowering, and Hale brings so much energy to every workout. Update 05/19/2025: Unfortunately I have to reassess my 5 star rating of Club Pilates. Not only did they lose an invaluable instructor, their manager and some instructors behavior is simply out of line. I was asked to leave mid-class by Bianca when I informed her I was trying to wait out a movement due to an injury I had sustained becoming flared up. Very bad experience do not register here, it is a problem for them to answer the phone and cancel the subscription it is impossible just to continue charging the manager is rude in short do not spend your money here

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Club Pilates location. The management is incredibly unprofessional, especially the manager, who completely ignored my concerns. I reached out multiple times regarding my membership and cancellation, but my emails and calls went unanswered for weeks. Do not waste you money here!!!
