I’ve had a great experience with Pilates! The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and attentive to proper form. The classes are well-structured and provide a good balance of strength, flexibility, and core work. I especially appreciate that the workouts can be modified based on individual fitness levels. The studio has a welcoming atmosphere, and I always leave feeling energized and stronger. Highly recommend it!
