So glad to be back at Rachel M’s class! An experienced instructor, Rachel keeps her classes interesting, and is always happy to explain and help with movements and exercises that members need help with. Her sense of humor, energy and of course, her playlists keeps me coming back!
I have taken almost 200 classes with Club Pilates, McKinney. It is making a big difference in my body, mind, and soul. The front staff and management are always friendly and helpful. The studio has recently been upgraded and it's awesome. I appreciate that the staff keeps the studio clean and tidy.The instructors are top notch. "Happy Monday, Everyone!" Jay is micho loco but makes you suffer and sweat good. I recommend his class
