Love starting my day with early morning Pilates with Lizbet!
Love this studio because of the instructors. The trifecta is LizBeth in Fridays, Amber on Saturday & Tammy on Sunday. Love the different styles but challenging workout. Always have a towel on hand to wipe off the sweat & that is why I still attend. Tammy by far is one of the best instructors & you never leave without having been challenged & is why I have been a member since 2020. Hope management knows how great these instructors are, the day they leave, I’ll leave because that’s how great they are!
