I love this community and the availability of times and range of classes. The majority of the teachers are knowledgeable and give a variety of options if modifications are needed. I love Kara, Jonelle, Maritza, Teresa, and Marla so much! There are 12 in each class so if needing more private instruction then they also have private lessons available

I was looking for a Pilates Studio to become a regular member and was instructed to pay $32 for a class today, no real free class trial. After getting an uber to the place, upon arrival I was told I needed to pay extra $13 to buy socks. Communication was not clear and was not granted exception, hence the low stars and will become a regular member somewhere else. Also I was not allowed into the intermediate class even with prior experience.

A beginner could start on a level 1.5 class, god forbid you ever make it to a level 2. Switched to a Pilates studio closer to my house and after attempting to call multiple times to cancel my membership, nobody ever answered the phone. I emailed twice about it, never received a response. After being charged again despite my cancellation attempt, I stopped the charge, and now I have corporate club Pilates calling asking for payment. Save your sanity and go elsewhere.

Worst Pilates experience ever. Most of their teachers have no idea what real Pilates is, they're overbooked so you'll get stuck with their worst teachers, and they don't care at all. This is a fast food version of Pilates. If you want the real thing, do not go here.
