Poli is an amazing instructor. I take her level 2.5 advanced reformer class in the evenings and I always leave feeling stronger, empowered, and blessed. She is such a warm and positive teacher who manages to be both encouraging and demanding. I highly recommend taking Poli’s classes.
My first visit and Tasha was amazing! She asked about any limitations I may have, which let me know she would be watching, She was present/mindful of my workout, ensuring I did routines properly to avoid injuries. From teaching me about the equipment (which I have never seen or used before) all the way to ensuring I was comfortable. Tasha, thank you so much for caring and being so welcoming.

I love Club Pilates-Mansfield! - the studio is super clean and the staff is kind, helpful and go over and beyond to create a positive environment.! - I highly recommend taking a class with Tasha ! She is full of ENERGY and is continually introducing new material in her classes ! It's a Great work out and fun!
