Loved the experience (intro class) poli was wonderful
I love Jennie’s classes. I love the variety and challenges she provides each time that lead to improvement in strength and flexibility.
Poli really was on track this morning in the Flow 1.5. As she said, exercising your body and mind today with all the Right, Left and Circle! While the class was not easy to do for me, it left me with a sense of accomplishment because I DID IT! Pilates is the best thing for my health, balance and peace of mind, every week.
