I can't say enough positive things about this studio. The instructors are so caring and knowledgeable. I love how there are new exercises every class. And with a recent expansion completed, I can get into classes whenever i want!
Great workout. Very clear instructions. She calls out how many seconds are left which helps anticipate. It went by so fast!
