After the 3 months of trial classes, I no longer wanted to continue and canceled future classes. They charged me for a 4th month because I didn't cancel at the appropriate time, so okay I paid for the 4th month even tho I did do the classes and I thought all was said and done. They went on to charged me for a 5th month knowing I canceled the previous month. I had to put a stop to my CC for them to discontinue charging my card.

Club Pilates Portsmouth is the best! They donated their time for my Pilates for a Cure fundraiser, raising money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and wow. Kat was our instructor and she gave us the spiciest class, in the best way of course. The class was a mat class at this particular event, so I can't imaging what the reformer classes look like! Overall amazing people and I would have them at every event if I could!

ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGED at lack of customer service. They had no right to put... read more
