Kara, the co-owner, condones rude, snotty behaviors from her front desk attendant, Savanna, and chose to defend her staff instead of holding her accountable for the unprofessional behavior. My daughter and I had been going to this club that is co-owned by Kara since February. I was excited about the class I attended. My class started on Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. Unfortunately, it didn’t go very well. The instructor wasn’t very friendly. She made me feel guilty when I politely asked for help with the straps. I felt that the right side was looser than the left, and she told me in an unfriendly tone that I had pulled it too hard and that’s why it was like that. She basically said it was my fault. Stunning studio and set up! Great friendly staff. Studio, reformers, equipment and restrooms were clean and well maintained. Parking was easy to find and free.
I love this studio. The staff is very welcoming and kind. I recently started reformer Pilates for the first time and it has been the best experience. The instructors are amazing! There are many classes to choose from throughout the day. The location is also very nice and convenient.
I love this place. The management is incredible. Always plans fun events. Front desk is helpful and friendly. I’ve meet most of the instructors and get different work outs from each of their styles. Haven’t had a bad one. So relaxed. No pressure. It’s such a community feel with all attendees.
