Overall I am disappointed and I completely wasted my money. The instructors are decent but everything else is mediocre for the price. The regular clientele is unwelcoming and so is the customer service. If you are looking to feel positive, stronger, and better in your body, this isn’t the place to go. My main gripe was my first full class. After the mandatory intro I signed up for my first class at the front desk afterwards. I took a class with Katie Hau, and it was honestly one of the best Pilates classes I’ve taken at any Club Pilates! She is extremely positive, brings such high energy, and makes the class fly by. Katie also has one of the best playlists, and there is always great variety throughout her classes, which keeps every workout fun and engaging. I would 10/10 recommend getting on Katie Hau’s schedule if you can!

I joined as a limited member. I do like the classes...it's hard to get into classes unless you pay a premium . I don't think I will renew.

Jacqui is always so kind and soft spoken during her classes. No matter how hard the workout is, I walk out feeling renewed.
