Defrauded, ignored, and completely scammed by management Do NOT trust this studio with your credit or debit card information. Back in May 2026, I received a promotional offer for 4 free classes. Before taking the classes, I explicitly told the front desk staff that I was ONLY accepting the 4-free-class promotion and did NOT want to sign up for any contract or recurring membership. Was previously at I=MX at King Farms near Rockville, I only switched because Club Pilates was much closer. The instructors at CP are very inconsistent, I’ll take a 1.5 class with one instructor and feel like I was challenged consistently while another instructor feels like a level 1 class. At IMX, the instructors would discuss monthly on how to improve and what new methods to jointly teach. This studio feels more haphazard.
