Karen’s classes are amazing! Whether you’re flowing through Pilates, or sweating during a cardio class, Karen is moving right along with you. She is charismatic, fun, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. Music is outstanding! Love, love, love her classes!
I love Pilates so much using the reformer. It’s the only exercise I’ve kept up with over the last almost 4 years. Ana is a spectacular instructor. She is so knowledgeable. She helps you to feel comfortable and secure. Especially for those who are inexperienced. She brings her own flavor and great energy that’s contagious. I love that she brings her full self to all her classes and challenges you to meet your full potential in class.
I have been taking Pilates classes here for a while now, and I can honestly say the instructors are what make this studio so special. Ana is spunky, fun, and spontaneous. Her energy is contagious and unmatched. Her classes always leave me smiling while still feeling like I got an amazing workout. Fiona is incredibly informative and engaging. I learn something new every time I take her class, whether it is a cue for better form or a new way to think about a movement. She is the perfect combination of fun and educational.
