I love Pilates! I feel the best I have felt in years. The classes help me feel stronger, more balanced, and physically fit. The managment and staff at the downtown Sarasota studio are friendly and encouraging, and the instructors are excellent!
Lena and Caitlyn were SO helpful at the front desk when I asked about joining. Already it feels like a place of acceptance, encouragement and positivity. Can’t wait to get plugged in!!
Welcoming, clean space with excellent Reformer equipment. Pilates community very welcoming
