Update: Received a voicemail from the same manager, SJ, while i was at work and she should truly win an award for passive aggressiveness :) she ended the voicemail with “hope you can call us back and talk face to face instead of just writing google reviews” which tells ya all you need to know about the rest of the voicemail. Nonsensical cancellation policy. Hear me and hear me well. Do not sign a member membership with these people. Not even with a doctors note will they make the process easy, especially when you’re at your weakest. That experience has been terrible, and honestly Congress needs to make stricter laws with how gyms handle memberships. Absolutely absurd. I’m telling you seriously do not get a membership with these people.

Love this place!! Instructors are fantastic and I always leave feeling so much better. And there are so many classes to choose from, which has been so helpful in keeping up my routine.
Love all the instructors! However Ashley stands out as she explains the impact of every move on the muscles and always explains the correct form as not to hurt ourselves yet she always push us to progress and I love her routine which is unique and stands out from the other instructors. She is awesome!
