Anna and Alizeh are amazing. The class is great, it gets my heart rate up and challenges me.
Absolutely love this studio! All of the instructors are amazing, encouraging, and very knowledgeable. I always look forward to taking Alizeh’s classes every week! I leave every class feeling balanced & stronger. Highly recommend!
I’ve only been two times so far but the class is fun and engaging, not to mention it’s a great workout!
Update: They opened the door at 4:07PM, I go in only to be told that no one will be here until 4:30PM who can cancel my membership!!! So now in 97 degree weather I have to sit in my car using my gas to stay cool, for over an hour!!! I have been trying to cancel my membership. I lost my job and can't afford it right now. I am here for the second time to do this. Hours show 6AM - 9PM on their website as well as thier voicemail recording and on thier door!
