Extremely disappointing experience. I arrived to attend my booked class at 8:00, only to be completely turned away at the door without any flexibility or understanding. While I understand studios have schedules and policies, the rigid and unwelcoming attitude from the staff made a minor delay feel like a major offense. Life happens—traffic, parking, and daily logistics exist—and to be locked out of a class I paid for with zero grace period or courtesy is unacceptable. After a long time I decided to take an intro class. It was great and I was really looking forward to enrolling in the future. The club reached out to me and I made that clear. They tried to offer me a discount but I still dont have the funds at this moment. Hence me wanting to wait. They came back with a reply implying that I wanted free classes. Nothing is free. 65 years old, 4 years breast cancer survivor, chest tumor the size of a melon. It all happened at once. Never thought I would see the end of the tunnel. Club Pilates changed me and gave me my life back. Stronger than ever. Finally have core strength, arm and leg strength not to mention balance. Teachers and staff have been patient, knowledgeable and encouraging as well. Thankful for a variety of classes and instructors. It has been a God send. I use to cry everyday, pain from head to toe. NO MORE. Thankful

I LOVE everything about this place! Instructors are knowledgeable, kind, and non-judgmental. Each instructor adds something a little different to their classes. The GM and front desk staff are always welcoming and friendly. I have a herniated disc and a bulging disc. I’ve tried many different forms of exercise. At some point they all aggravated my issues.
