Initially, I really enjoyed it. However, I have a spinal injury that has recently worsened and I went in to ask about pausing due to my flare ups making it harder for me to walk, surgery is probably going to be on the table now. I was assured that pauses for medical issues were fine. I had tried to communicate this in person as well and was told it would be taken care of. Unfortunately, a medical pause was never put into place. The only response I got was a warning of late fees.
My first time ever with experiencing Pilates. The intro class was great. The instructor was so knowledgeable and patient, she explained everything perfectly. I work up with sore abdominal muscles, a good sore, and I don’t remember really working them. I want to sign up and hopefully commit, my body really needs this! Highly recommend!
