Great experience thus far. Only ‘debit’ was an instructor a bit irritated teaching 1.0 & having to assist myself & a woman next to me that are older & new to clearly new to Pilates reformer (but wanting to learn) & stating ‘no one told me I had newbies in this class!’ It’s 1.0 mind you. Otherwise a great experience with the other instructors.
My intro session with Nikki was excellent on Thursday at noon! Well explained movements with attention on each participant to help correct when needed. I sure needed help with when to breath in when out.
The staff are kind and caring. The studio is clean and organized and welcoming. I am looking forward to taking many classes here to increase my strength and flexibility.

I take my pilates classes in Middletown for couple of months now and I like the relaxing peace it brings to me and my body🧘🏼♀️ I do not feel my back pain anymore and I am more reunited with myself. Thanks to all trainers, you are great! Well, my favorite is Kamryn 😉
