Jolene is great instructor, dedicated ,she gives individual attention to every one in her class. Happy to be part of her Pilates class.
I truly enjoyed CP Reformer 1.5 class with Chris. This was an earlier morning for me out of my normal routine, so Chris helped to pick me to a great workout. starting with the warm ups with foot wear and variations of hinging on the reformer. Then we completed additional leg and arm workouts while using the black box and springs to assist on the floor mat.
