I love this place!!!
Awesome. Jolene is amazing. She knows i have physical difficulties with some but she is patient and lets me stop if i need to. I can go at my own pace but pushed enough to see results.
Every time I take a class from Kelly, I feel like I understand the movements more. She is wonderful!
I truly enjoyed the CP 1.5 Reformer class with Isabella. Isabella facilitated a great workout starting with the warm ups using the booty band, variations of hinging, articulated hinges, and single leg hinging. Some ab workouts, lounges, core training w/blackbox, oblique twists and planks. All to work out the full body which I appreciated the good sweat. Then to cool down, we completed the legs and feet in scraps. Thank you, Isabella for a great workout and good sweat!! I will see again soon.
