It turns out pilates is not for me. I am trying to get a refund. They have ludicrous cancellation policy and I am being ignored. I hate to escalate but I will go all out until I get my money back.
I’ve had such a great experience at Club Pilates! Everyone is welcoming, supportive, and genuinely cares about the members. Lexi, our manager, is especially amazing. She is friendly, professional, and always makes sure everyone feels comfortable and taken care of. She brings such a positive energy to the studio and goes above and beyond to make it a great environment. I would definitely recommend Club Pilates to anyone looking for a welcoming and positive experience!
I have been a member since it opened 8 or 9 years ago. In general, Pilates has been an excellent preventative measure for chronic back pain. Specific to this club, while instructors change from time to time (my long term instructor left due to health reasons — we miss you Karen), Ive always been able to find a new instructor (or two or three) who meet my needs. Love Club Pilates of West Caldwell! The studio, instructors and people who attend have super good vibes! Ivy and Lourdes are the best!
Love this studio!! I started coming last summer and still love it! The instructors are wonderful and staff is super friendly. Highly recommend!
