We recently moved to the Ancaster area to downsize. It was a move that lasted over a year from start to finish and it took a toll on my mind and body. I started at club Pilates a year and a Half ago and loved It . I have decided to pull back from it and wanted To leave a message to the instructors Ramya and Michelle who taught me patience, the key to strength and a positive mindset. I have arthritis in my foot, so finding exercise that doesn't aggravate it has been difficult. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and always offer modifications when I need them.
