I want to clarify that this is not a review on classes at this location but the customer service. If you go to individual classes (which are nice-no complaints there) they will be following up with you incessantly for you to join with a committed membership. I asked to purchase 4 individual classes and the person at the counter signed me into a membership agreement with a recurrent monthly charge without my knowledge or consent. Horrible costumer service from this place. Horrible costumer service from Sarah. First she said she doesn’t have a name and I’m like Ok. How do I know to whom I’m talking to but I was Ok maybe she’s having a bad day. No wasn’t the case she just hate being there and forgot that she works at a job that has to do with costumer service and she doesn’t have that…. Anyway that’s my experience with this place. Let me know who works there and I’ll tell you what can place this is….
Came in 7 minutes late due to bad traffic ( I drive for more then one hour to come for class) and was very rudely declined service. Never have I experienced a pilates location that doesn’t accommodate their customers. Wouldn’t recommend this location unfortunately…
