Love the instructors melody, Dale and Misuk
I have enjoyed the calm and friendly atmosphere. Jen, the instructor, offered her time after class to show me a couple of very helpful exercises to help me with some neck tension. Thanks for caring and helping me get stronger.
Great experience. Excellent instruction.
The instructors and staff are wonderful. I love the variety and quality of the classes and the facility is spotless.
