The instructors are the best! Me and my friends love taking classes here and at the other memphis studios. We always leave feeling like we got a great workout, and as a college student, Pilates is honestly one of my favorite ways to de-stress. Definitely recommend!
Highly recommend this studio! You can count on knowledgeable instructors, challenging classes, friendly staff, and a clean studio every time! I’ve won their March Matness competition before and it quickly led me to hit my 100th class. 10/10 recommend
I had an unfortunate experience during my visit. The pregnant woman who was working there was very rude and unprofessional, and it seemed like she didn’t want to serve Black customers and only wanted to serve White customers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and speaks to unfair treatment and bias. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve the service and ensure all customers are treated with respect and fairness.
I had a disappointing experience at Club Pilates. Unfortunately, I encountered staff members who were rude and dismissive, which made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, I felt that there were moments that seemed racially insensitive, which is completely unacceptable.
