I have been an unlimited member of this club since the day they opened.Recently they changed the schedule around, previously level 1 classes were available at 6am which is the time I have always gone. During my last scheduling, I accidently scheduled a 9am class this past Monday. I did not realize my mistake until late Sunday night, when it was too late to cancel through the app without the 20.00 penalty. I called the club at 6am Monday morning. Although the different classes are great, there are a few problems I had. They do not let you advance to the higher level classes very easily even though you've been there for a longer period of time. On top of that, they have a large cancellation fee, and they will not let you switch locations even though they are a chain company. Cancelling was difficult as the manager would not answer any calls or emails. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
The most irresponsable place, I have tried canceling their stupid membership since APRIL 10TH and they keep running my card. Do not go to this place, all they do is steal your money.
Club Pilates has already changed my life in the month I have been going there! The instructors are amazing! they are so kind and motivating but they will also push you! It’s such a good environment that it will make you excited to wake up early for a 6 am class! I have taken classes with Hannah, Kristyn and Jess so far and have loved every class (even when it has hurt lol). I was intimidated by reformer pilates before i started so if anyone is in the same boat I HIGHLY recommend taking the leap, you won’t regret it:)
Today marked my 1 year of Pilates! This studio, people, and workouts have changed my life for the better! Pilates has been a big part of me losing 25 lbs! Highly recommend Club Pilates!
