Love taking classes with Tonya. She always keeps them interesting and on a great pace. I know that I’ve had a good workout, and I’m never bored because she keeps changing positions. Love to start my morning with Tonya.
I’ve taken 750+ classes CPFW but for health reasons havent been able to participate in pilates for about 10 months. So back at it in a level 1. Great class with all the fundamentals. So happy to be back!
