I really liked Courtney”s class. She is very good at what she does. She always makes the class interesting she will give us time to stretch out so there was less stress on my lower back.
I joined Club Pilates one year ago and it has changed my life. Doing Pilates regularly has strengthened my mind/body connection. I feel better overall and I’m sleeping much better which gives me the energy I need to be present to all the people that depend on me. I trust the instructors; they are competent, encouraging, and compassionate. Over the last 2 mos.
