I had a very similar experience as Sarah who wrote another 1 star review. I signed up for unlimited, couldn't find enough classes, tried to call and email management and NO ONE responded. Do not waste your money. You are a number at this place.
No one will explain to you that “unlimited” actually means being waitlisted almost every time you try to book a class. In reality, unlimited feels more like 7–10 classes if you’re lucky enough to get a spot. That is very misleading, especially considering the price of the membership. Dont bother booking with this studio.

Club Pilates has truly been a game changer for me—both physically and mentally. It’s the perfect space to challenge your body while quieting your mind. Olivia is hands down one of my favorite instructors. She is kind, patient, and knows exactly how to push you in a way that makes you feel incredibly proud of yourself by the end of class. All of the instructors are great, but Olivia is truly something special!
Great studio, friendly staff, knowledgeable instructors...it's a wonderful place to workout.
