I love this place!!!
I was 67 and had balance and vitality challenges. I attended a fitness center for a year 2-4 times a week - even with a personal trainer - I had progressed but I had hit a plateau. On a whim I tried Pilates. When I first settled in the reformer, it was like magic - I knew I belonged there.
