I was a bit reluctant getting into Pilates so I was impressed with Jennifer helping me get acquainted with the equipment and the exercises and introducing me to the program at my level where it was fun. Thanks to Jennifer I am now good to go!
I can even walk well after the first class but I still want more
Patty is AMAZING!! Her classes are fun and effective. LOVE HER!!
Stacy’s classes are always great. She pushes you just enough and always is going new things to keep it interesting. And make modifications on an individual basis when needed.
It was a great session! I will definitely join in Austin,TX.
