I just attended my very first class at Club Pilates Palos Verdes. The instructor, Nui, is excellent and truly care. She is making sure I am doing the right movement on the reformer and mat. I enjoyed the class and look forward to be back. Also, Yuri who works at the front desk, she is very nice and helpful. Thank you all.
It’s such a great work out. I took many classes at the gym but this is combination of all in one . I highly recommend to my friends to take this class and I’m sure we’ll see results after being involved. Thank you
I just had my very first Pilates class today and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The instructor was absolutely amazing—so welcoming, encouraging, and attentive. He explained everything clearly, guided me through the movements step by step, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident the entire time. I was visiting from Denver and doing a couple classes while I was here. The studio is very clean and inviting, and the instructors were kind and knowledgeable. I felt welcomed and I learned a lot!
Great free intro class, looking forward to more classes. Lovely studio seems to have plenty of space.
