Nicole was amazing. This was my first class with my membership, and I felt so seen and cared for. Nicole took the time to come over and make sure that the adjustments were right for my body type. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience!

Knowledgeable staff & each instructor has their own styles that make them great. Jev, Elan, Calvin or Samira make my muscles burn; Laura and Danielle keep me injury-free and classic Pilates-strong; Jon and Camille when I want to mix it up... The instructors make the experience and they've all been great. I know I can select the class based on the time & convenience factor & I'll be happy with the teacher regardless.
