Great instructor. She helped w modifications. Met a few other people very nice
Jev always gives a full body workout full of surprises. She makes sure your form is correct so that you get the most benefit from your workout. Every week Jev gives a new workout that is well thought out.Once you start taking Jev’s classes you are hooked and come back for more.
I LOVE JEV!! Her music, her energy, her surprises are inspiring and energizing. Thank you Jev for keeping it fun and effective!
