I have been trying to cancel my subscription since last year in 2023. When I was at work I would call during my lunch or break to cancel my subscription ( the classes did not fit with my new work schedule), but no one would answer (they only have an automated voice message). So, I paid for 7+ months and did not use the service as I should for how much I paid (maybe about 5 classes or so I attended). Signed up and now canceling due to the lack of professionalism by this company. They never return emails or phone calls, I can’t even reserve a class or secure a spot on their app. Leaving after pure frustration.
