My experience has been full of encouragement and lots of soreness. The instructors are so helpful and will have you sweating. I have seen them modify exercises for all sorts of conditions: pregnancy, size, medical issues. The front desk ladies are sweet. Make sure you book your classes about a week in advance, some instructors are super popular and for good reason. Just do your due diligence on all contract and you should be good to go.
Club Pilates (Burbank) is extradentary. The trainers and employees give complete customer service. I go to three sessions a week. I have seen an elevation in my fitness and health by participation in Pilates.
Great instructors and studio managers. Always clean and professional.
The staff is extremely nice, polite, and helpful. Some of the basic level classes are really good. Some of the teachers vary the class so it feels like a brand new class every time. Management is responsible. The only thing I do not like is the vacation/pause policy.
I have tried every workout that there is in my life and I have never, ever been so excited to come back to class again and again as I have been with Club Pilates!!! I literally want to go every day, whether I’m tired or not. When I miss a day or two, my body and my mind are just so eager to get back to class!!
