This was my first time trying Pilates. Lisa explained all the machines and exercises very well. Loved it!
do NOT sign up for the membership. I've taken dozens and dozens of classes here over the last few years. This is NOT the kind of Pilates studio where you can easily drop in for a class and the membership ends up being more of a hassle than a benefit. The app is clunky and makes booking difficult. If you want a specific instructor, you need to book at least TWO (often three) weeks in advance. For anyone with a busy schedule, this setup just doesn't work. Great classes and great teachers..Gabby is one of my favorites. I had Ginny today in Sculp 1:5. She was really good. She helped me improve several correct ways to do things I’ve been doing wrong for a long time. ❤️ Tawnya is an amazing teacher. I love her classes
Tawnya Pilates classes are always fantastic! Her clear explanations of each move make it easy to follow and get the most out of every session. I truly feel like we work the entire body each time, and I’ve never walked away disappointed. Highly recommend!
